Some of the software requires MS words or MS excel, so before downloading be sure that you possess those software that is required by moving budget software.
Downloading the software is not enough. You have to fill up the many columns, or answer many questions prepared to understand your particular moving requirements. There are many headings and sub headings under which you have to fill up the different expanses.

Hiring charges of moving company: in this heading you have to write the total hiring charges of moving company including labor and fuel charges, extra insurance charges if you have covered your movable with additional insurance, extra service charges if any, packing charges if any. Transportation, if you are towing your car along with your household moving truck, than write their charges, If you are traveling to your new home by plane, taxi or other transportation means, than write their charges, Lodging: if your new home is very far and require you and your family to stay in hotel overnight than write that expanses, if you have pet or parents that need special attention than include that charges also.
